1. What is the Pro Vital Membership Benefits and how does it work?
The Pro Vital Membership Benefits program is a point-based program through which our customers earn points on our website. Your points unlock tier benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. Just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and how much we appreciate your loyalty and continued support.
2. How do I earn points?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 CAD spent on purchases on www.provitalcosmetics.com. Qualifying purchases include merchandise and exclude sales tax, state fees, shipping charges and delivery charges or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time. Members must also provide their full name, address, phone number and postal code or zip code. Points are non-transferable and non-exchangable for cash.
3. How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?
You may join the program by signing up on the Members page on the Pro Vital website. In order to sign up, you must provide your full name, address, phone number, email address and create a password. You will recieve a confirmation email and follow the instructions. You may terminate your membership anytime without penalty by emailing Provital Customer Care. There is no cost to join the program and membership is always free!
4. How do I maintain my membership status?
Accumulate 500 points with 2 calender years and enjoy an auto-renewal of your membership for another 2 calender years. Points will expire after 2 calender years, based on your 1st transaction date. Any requests for extension of points will not be entertained.
